• According to the 13690/2009. numbered Decision of the Chief Veterinary Officer of Hungary, the designated entry points as prescribed down in Art. 4 (3) of Commission Regulation (EC) No 1135/2009 are the same as determined in Commission Decision (EC) No 821/2009 in relation with Hungary.
• The designated entry points as mentioned in Commission Regulation (EC) No 1151/2009 imposing special conditions governing the import of sunflower oil originating in or consigned from Ukraine due to contamination risks by mineral oil are the same as determined in Commission Decision (EC) No 821/2009 in relation with Hungary.
• The designated entry points as mentioned in Art. 5 paragraph 4 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 258/2010 imposing special conditions on the imports of guar gum originating in or consigned from India due to contamination risks by pentachlorophenol and dioxins are the same as determined in Commission Decision (EC) No 821/2009 in relation with Hungary. • The first point of introduction as mentioned in point d) Art. 2 of Commission Regulation EU (No) 284/2011 laying down specific conditions and detailed procedures for the import of polyamide and melamine plastic kitchenware originating in or consigned from the People’s Republic of China and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China are the same as determined in Commission Decision (EC) No 2009/821 in relation with Hungary.
• List of exit points for live bovine animals Article 2(1) of Regulation (EC) No 817/2010 laying down detailed rules pursuant to Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 as regards requirements for the granting of export refunds related to the welfare of live bovine animals during transport are the same as determined in Commission Decision (EC) No 2009/821 in relation with Hungary.
• List of designated entry points as mentioned in Article 3 of 2011/884/EU Commission Implementing Decision on emergency measures regarding unauthorised genetically modified rice in rice products originating from China are the same as determined  in Commission Decision (EC) No 2009/821 in relation with Hungary on the basis of Regulation 141/2011. (XII.23.) of the Ministry of Rural Development.
